Hello everyone,
I’m having some issues on android. I have 3 android phone (motorola g24) with sangoma talk installed to manage inbound and outbound calls.
My freepbx is setup to have only one incoming route that enters a queue and rings available agents. We also have the firewall enabled.
Sometimes, the calls don’t get through the agent when app is closed and when he opens the app there are like 50 missed calls.
Auto launch is enabled, and most of the times it works great, but sometimes it fails and we get a lot of client complaints.
This issue doesn’t occur on iphones.
Is there anything that may be misconfigured on our end?
Note: I haven’t been able to open a support ticket because my account is sitting under review for a few months.
Howdy! Welcome to the forums.
It sounds like a GCP push server issue. Can you check your port and firewall settings ?
Also you might try changing the ringing strategy to one agent at a time.
Another workaround is to (at least temporarily) configure a Find Me Follow Me on each of the extensions to their corresponding PSTN cell phone numbers.
Hey @penguinpbx
Thank you for your kind help!
I whitelisted all ips on my firewall and intrusion detection. Everything else is setup as default, regarding ports and firewall settings.
We don’t have static ips (we have lots of folks working from home and on the field), so we can’t whitelist every client ip, but that’s not been an issue so far I think.
Regarding another topic: we have a lot of background noise, that no configuration on the phone itself is able to reduce. Should we configure jitter or any other thing to improve this?
