Sangoma Talk - API Peer server not connected for session

There are a couple posts in this forum regarding this issue. Here it is again…

I got a new iPhone. I downloaded Sangoma Talk version 1.0.14, and had freepbx email me a link to register.

When I click on the link, I get the following error message.

On the PBX;
SangomaConnect: Running
CloudConnect Agent Status: Running

Where do I go from here to troubleshoot? Or is this worthy of a Sangoma support ticket?

Try hitting the “Run CloudConnect Agent action” button under Admin → SangomaConnect.

Running “CloudConnect Agent” action did change things.

Now I am getting this error message in the app.

Is this from a new auth email that you requested from either your PBX or the app? I am assuming you checked to make sure the user is still enabled in SangomaConnect.

I sent myself a fresh invite from the PBX GUI

I am an enabled user in Sangoma Connect ( was previously using this app with my old iPhone up until yesterday when the phone got crushed when my truck rolled over the phone ). Let it be known, using an iPhone as a wheel chock, is not recommended.
