Sangoma Support, cannot open Cases

Hi,

When I try to open a case, I get a message that “Your new sangoma.com user registration has been flagged for review.” This is not a new registration. My account is YEARS old.

I’ve emailed the contacts listed on the portal. Nothing. No responses. I can’t get support on the line as I need a ticket number

any suggestions?

They finally replied to emails after couple of days and have resolved the issue.
