Has anyone had any luck getting Sangoma sales to reply to a request for information or contact via the website?
I filled out their “Request a Quote” form on 5/23/18, and to date, have no record of anyone ever getting back to me.
I did, however, receive the automated reply stating that they had received it and would contact me.
It would be nice to talk to someone from there, to get an idea if it is something worth looking into in the future, to replace an aging Avaya IP Office in two connected locations.
Luckily, I’ve been busy with other important issues, and have not been in a hurry.
