We have a client that has a phone with 3 different extensions configured on it using EPM. Outbound was working when it was first setup on all 3 lines on the phone but now, Outbound does not seem to work with any of them. Inbound still works. The only changes that were made were turning off the LED light and Voicemail Tone was disabled.
