I have been noticing lately that the Sangoma S500 I have on my desk can randomly reboot. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
It was annoying that it rebooted while in the middle of a call. Then, it did it again while doing nothing.
Only 2 things can cause that. Bad power source or pushing config changes that require a reboot. If it happens while on a call it can not be from a config push as that won’t reboot while on a call.
I would start with Power source and changing the switch if PoE or the power adapter.
It happened to be a bad power adapter.
