I have a Sangoma S400 that someone on our staff wants to use in their home-office. Assuming there’s a “correct” way to do this, I’d like to set it up so that they just take the phone and plug it into an Internet port and it automatically connects to our FreePBX server and provisions. I realize this assumes a lot about their home Internet, but I’m trying to keep things simple.
Firstly, we’re running UniFi and FreePBX is a VLAN network off of the router. I can set up whatever VPN there.
OR, is it better to set up VPN in the FreePBX server?
Is this possible?
