Sangoma Portal Login

Hi, I have a few FreePBX systems that I’m trying to update-modules. I’ve been trying to log in for a while with no luck it acts like the account no longer exists or is inactive. Does anyone know who I can contact by email or phone? When I try the “Forgot Password” link, it tells me an email was sent but I never get it to reset the login on the portal.
