I manage a lot of FreePBX systems that each have their own Sangoma account. This morning, I wanted to login to renew some modules and it looks like the account no longer exists. I logged in the account last week to open a ticket. Anyone knows who I can contact by email ? When I try the “Forgot Password” link, it tells me that the email doesn’t exist.
I was just informed that there is a known issue with portal login with some accounts. There is a team working on a resolution now.
