Was there any solution for this? My S700 is on the latest 2.0.4.72 firmware and the problem persists.

Hi Jason, we just changed the EPM Global Resync Time to 2678400 so the phones only auto resync every 31 days or so, its never really been a problem since. It might still be happening with an odd phone or two, but as its so far and few between, clients may not be logging tickets with us.

Thanks for that, I’ll try and see what happens. I had changed my resync time to 1 year which may have been too large as it appeared to be ignored.

The site where we initially saw this problem is still experiencing it, even with the latest firmware. We extended the resync interval as well, and while that reduces the frequency it doesn’t fix the underlying problem. Ticket 900150 opened in June.
