Hello,

On my Sangoma S500 Phone, History > Hover over a record > Option, I can add the record as a contact, or I can blacklist.

Both blacklist and contacts are being saved. But I don’t see an option on the phone or in the FreePBX GUI to manage these contacts or blacklisted numbers. Am I missing something?

You’re not missing anything. There’s not anything in the phone UI or in FreePBX to manage them. We’re working to cleanly resolve this situation.

Is there anyway I can remove a number from the blacklist? If I wipe the phone would it be removed?

A factory reset should clear it.
