Sangoma Phone

We have two customers using the Sangoma Desktop App, one using a Yealink headset and the other a Jabra headset. Occasionally they experience one way audio (Inbound audio is being affected).

The Yealink headset is connected to the PC and the phone, the Jabra headset is only connected to the PC.

They log out of the Sangoma App and log back in and two way audio is restored.

We also entered a STUN server address under the WebRTC Settings.

I was just curious if anyone else was experiencing this issue. Thanks.
