Shouldn’t pacific be -7:00 (according to google). The template in endpoint manager set to -7:00 sets the phone to mountain time. The sangoma phone says -8 is pacific but when you set that in the template it sets it to the Vancouver time zone. Bug? I have an open ticket with sangoma but I think I’ve stumped Melissa
Vancouver time is pacific time. During daylight savings it’s -7 but generally it’s -8. I don’t think there is a bug here.

If the timezone (e.g. GMT-8) is correct on the phone, what country is showing there is not important at all.
I’ll test and report back. Was a bit confused because when I look up pacific is shows -7:00 just like eastern is -5
That’s Pacific Daylight Time, which that timezone is still on.
