I have 2 servers, one of them running freepbx 16 and one running freepbx 15. I have VI SMS numbers/campaigns/trunks setup on both of them. The v16 server has been running SMS in/out no problem. The v15 server I have can’t get incoming SMS to the desktop app while outbound is working, I’m also not seeing it on mobile. I am however seeing incoming sms hit the UCP on this v15 server.
Probably a side issue, but I’m also seeing all outbound SMS messages appear 2x times in Sangoma Phone, despite seeing the same message in the UCP 1x and the received SMS 1x. I’m not having this same issue on the fpbx v16 version.
I can’t currently upgrade the server that I have v15 on.
