Hello,
there is still the problem that there is no busy tone in the softphone Sangoma Phone Desktop. The call just instantly ends when someone tries to call a busy line. This is really confusing for our users. I have already submitted a ticket in november last year but didn’t get an answer. The ticket is still open.
Maybe someone from Sangoma sees this post here and have an answer for that.
