One of our customers sees the following error when opening Sangoma Phone Desktop App:
“You are connecting to a host that has an invalid SSL certificate, do you want to proceed?”
The system is cloud based and when I test it from my side, I don’t see this error. I’m pretty sure they have some kind of SSL packet inspection solution (man in the middle). I don’t think I’ll be able to work around the issue because we do not manage this customer’s network.
The softphone works correctly when clicking “OK” on the popup.
Has anyone ever encountered a similar issue ? Were you able to fix it ?
