Sangoma Phone Desktop App can't listen to voicemail


For one particular client, the users can’t listen to voicemail via the Sangoma Phone Desktop app. All calls in and out work fine. If you dial *97, you can access voicemail fine (and hear it). Just using the “builtin” voicemail doesn’t work. The slider to indicate playing never moves either. Similar setup on other PBXs work fine as well.

Anyone have ideas on this?
