Sangoma PBXact vs. paid support for FreePBX

I have a customer who is interested in FreePBX support.
And has questions around PBXact vs. paid support on a FreePBX install + paid modules.
Would the support experience be the same or similar for both?
I will also engage Sangoma sales to try and find out more about this.
Is paid support generally a good experience and are they very helpful in setting up and helping with setup of “complex” systems? Many phones, Polycom phones multiple call queues, hot desking etc?
