Sangoma PBX 40 System, What am I doing wrong here?

We recently updated out phone system for the office from an old TS system to a “simple” Sangoma system. Sangoma Vega 60, Sangoma FreePBX Phone System 40 and phone. My issue is with the Sangoma FreePBX Phone System 40 device. From the start the included software would not work correctly. Even after updating everything. Keep in mind I just booted this up for the first time. Ajax would randomly crash, I try adding our certs to Apache and it broke Apache to the point where it would not start so I was forced to configure via serial or SSH. After a day or so I "tried to contact Sangoma Support about this thinking maybe I could get some help due to it being right out of the box. Clearly not because I failed to spend another $350 on a 2 hours of support after spending $2500 of their hardware… but I digress. After all that I tried to find the ISO to just start fresh I redownloaded the FreePBX 17 ISO most current version and installed on the hardware. But nothing looks the same, Before there was a nice ASCI text that said FreePBX when it booted up and showed all the info on it like IP and what not. Now its just a basic logon stuff. ( that tid bit of info is just for context) I would like to say that the issues are fixed but even after the reinstall the software will work for 10 min and then I can no longer access the device over TCP/IP in any way. Even SSH stops working. Needless to say after reading my rant here, I am less then happy about this whole thing and I need some help figuring this out. Is there a certain ISO/version I need to use to reset things back to factory? and I doomed to deal with this software crashing out for pointless reasons? Did i waste $2500 on a new phone system? And help would be accepted here.

You are probably being locked out by the firewall or fail2ban. Working from the console, you can use fwconsole firewall commands to investigate and update.

fwconsole firewall f2bs will show you whether fail2ban has blocked an ip.

fwconsole firewall trust <yourIP> will add your IP to the trusted list.

fwconsole firewall sync puts your trusted list in fail2ban’s whitelist also.
