I have 5 FreePBX deployments and each has a couple of commercial licenses. One of the licenses (Call Accounting) I need to renew every year, because it only is available for 1 year (USD 400).
Every time I renew I have great difficulty with the Sangoma shop to accept the creditcard that I use. I try multiple. Most of the times the creditcard isn’t accepted. Or may bank calls me that they see a strange transaction attempt, which I never receive from my bank other then when using the Sangoma webshop. I’m in the EU.
Can you perhaps give your payment I good review?? Perhaps use something like Stripe. I try to give you guys money but you make it hard
I doubt that the payment processor will make a difference. I think the trigger will be the merchant being a little known Canadian company and that it is a cardholder not present transaction. I’d treat being taken to a well known processor’s site as being a safeguard for me, not for the merchant. and then only as a protection against phishing, which obviously isn’t the case here.
