I have few Sangoma P phones (P310, P330, P370).
P310 are on a dedicated ethernet connection, but on P330 and P370 i use the PC ethernet port to connect a pc.
Uplink switch is a Ubiquiti UniFi USW-PRO-48-POE, the ports are configured with the Voice VLAN and LLDP-MED features.
So the phone should go in a VLAN while the attached PC should go in another VLAN.
First of all I noticed that on a factory default phone, the LLDP is not enabled, so at first boot the phone end up in a wrong VLAN. This is very annoying because I have to allow traffic to the PBX and to Sangoma redirection servers from the wrong PC VLAN for initial provisionging. By comparison all others, even cheap, voip phones we use(d) have LLDP-MED enabled at the factory as it should be.
By the way, templates of the phones, are setup with LLDP VLAN Discovery Mode, voice and pc vlan left empty because voice vlan should be provided by LLDP-MED and pc vlan should be the untagged vlan.
This works as expected at least for P370: phone goes in voice vlan and pc stays in native/untagged vlan wich is the pc clients vlan.
On P330, on the other hand, phone also stays in the native/untagged vlan and ends up in pc clients vlan.
I suspect this could be related to this other issue I’m experiencing with P330: Sangoma Phone P330 Backgound
