Sangoma P330 Transfer Calls with BLF Keys

I understand how to transfer a call dialing the destination extension.

But I don’t understand if and how this is possible with BLF keys.

The phone manual only illustrate the dialing case.

For example, the manager was trying to blindly transfer an incoming call without answering: pressing the transfer softkey while the extension was ringing and the the blf key seems not the correct way.

Is that even possible?

What I was able to to is:

  • A Call B
  • B’s phone (P330) rings and show Transfer soft key
  • B press Transfer soft key, then press the C’s BLF
  • C’s phone rings, B wait until C answer and can speek with C; A still hear ringing
  • B press Transfer soft key again
  • A still hear ringing, C’s phone rings again
  • C answer again, A and C are connected, B is free

Not unatteded/fast and a bit complex, especially the fact that C’s phone rings again, C has to answer two times, and A is waiting all time.

Yes, this is possible – it is dependent on your configuration. See the “Blind Transfer” section in the Smart BLF docs:

My configuration is the standard one pushed by EPM.
