Sangoma P330 "curl_error" on call log

Issue is as follows… We’re attempting to deploy several new P330 phones for a new city facility, and all are presenting a “curl_error (-1)” message when attempting to access call logs. It USED to just present with a blank page, but we have progressed to this new level in our attempts to solve the blank call log issue. Missed calls is enabled in EPM for these phones.

I have reviewed the following topics and the nested topics within, and have attempted any resolutions to the best of my ability with no luck.

I had to open a case with Sangoma to get mine working well. I think what finally did the trick was configuring the phones to use our external FQDN as a destination, then setting up HTTPS for provisioning and PhoneApps.

Thank you for the insight, @clintonvets. I’ll give that a go.

I’ll add that I do believe we already use external FQDN and HTTPS for both provisioning and phoneapps within EPM.
