Sangoma P320 voicemail button not working

I finally got a bunch of P320 phones connected to the Endpoint Manager and they’re all responding and accepting the template.

I however cannot figure out how to get the voicemail button to work, when pressed it simply does nothing.

I have a valid https certificate configured.

It’s enabled on my [chan_pjsip] settings .

FQDN is configured for external and internal in Endpoint Manager global settings.

The template has Voicemail Application key type enabled as well.

I’m not sure what else is missing but it would be nice to use the visual voicemail option that these P320s should support. Currently users are only able to access voicemail via *97.

I’m also trying to use the spare line buttons as speed dial options those are also not working so perhaps it’s a template issue? I have the P320 enabled on the template under “Available Phones” and have disabled all others.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ran into this with a P320 after a config change. The voicemail button itself was fine, but the extension didn’t have voicemail properly mapped in FreePBX. Reprovisioning the phone after confirming voicemail was enabled and the correct feature code was assigned fixed it. Also worth checking firmware, since older versions seemed to break that button randomly.
