Hello,
We have an issue where on certain calls, two-way audio is not available and there is only static or silence on the sangoma mobile on iPhone and android, along with on the windows pc and macintosh applications.
Our setup:
We have two physical sites, connected via IPSEC tunnel. All call termination and network devices are located at physical site A, along with the phone server and trunking.
At site A we have 1 trunk provider, and the device chain goes as follows:
Adtran > Vega > (SBC) > FreePBX server
(I think calls flow through the SBC but I am not 100% on that)
At site B Sangoma is the trunk provider and the call flow is as follows:
IPSec Tunnel > Site A > SBC > FreePBX server
From reading the Sangoma wiki and looking at our security policies on our Palo Alto firewalls, we suspect that perhaps some ports/protocols are not allowed which may be restricting traffic between the necessary devices/networks.
Wiki: https://sangomakb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PP/pages/14057601/PBX+Platforms+-+Ports+used+on+your+PBX
We are using a STUN server with Google remotely, but no TURN, and we have ICE configured to translate the internal IP to the external IP.
Reviewing the listening ports and the sangoma documentation, we believe these are the ports that should be allowed/enabled between devices:
Please advise:
19302 TCP for google stun
UDP/TCP 5060
UDP/TCP 5061
TCP 8088
TCP 8089
10k-20k UDP
