Sangoma login problem

Hi, I’m trying to update modules on my FreePBX system, but I’ve been unable to log in. It seems like my account no longer exists or is inactive. Does anyone know who I can contact via email or phone for assistance? When I use the “Forgot Password” option, it says an email was sent, but I never receive it to reset my portal login.

I see that I’m not the first one to ask a similar question, but others have quietly closed their threads without sharing how they managed to regain access.

Do you have root ssh access to the server? You can reset the password from there

Yes i have, but i think i not correct explain. I mean i cant sign into sangoma portal, not in freepbx.
Just for freepbx i bought some sommercial modules and want to install that

Similar problem for me.
Your login exist in our system but is not setup with permissions to login to the Sangoma Portal. Contact your Companies Portal Administrator user(s) and ask them to enable your user with Portal Login permissions as outlined in our wiki here.
The link to the wiki doesn’t open anything.
I opened a ticket with customer service, although I would not expect to hear back until sometime next week.

There is some confusion here it seems.

You are trying to login to your PBX or *.sangoma.com site. If it is the ladder perhaps @jcolp or @mwhite can help you. If the PBX you can login as root then unlock the UI with fwconsole.

I cannot speak for @androffka , but I am having an issue logging into portal.sangoma.com.

I replied here because that is what I read Andrew to be saying he was having an issue with. If that is not his issue, then my apologies for accidentally hijacking his thread.

I can’t directly do anything, but I’ve assigned this to Mike and poked him too.

This means that the email/user you are using doesn’t have log in access to the account you’re trying to log in to.

Is there a primary admin responsible for an account with the same domain as your email? If so, they can let you in.
