Sangoma Keeps Logging out a user and revoking their license

I recently changed the setup of the FreePBX to Users and Devices mode and now there is a user who was always logged in properly into Sangoma Talk on their phone prior to who is now constantly getting logged out. I don’t know if switching to users and devices mode is related or not, but there are other users who also are logged in to sangoma on the mobile app and they are not having this issue where they are getting logged out, just one particular user.

I changed his user password in user management I don’t know if that’s related but that does not make sense to me. After he would’ve confirmed that he re-authenticated after sending him the email for sangoma, he was able to log in and make a call even. However I noticed in FreePBX it never said he authenticated and it stayed on “pending” then about 5 minutes later he got logged out again and the license wasn’t there anymore in the sangoma module. It completely vanished.

Can anyone provide some insight or a solution to my problem please?

User/Device mode is unsupported and will break certain things. It is most likely the cause of this.

Okay so I switched it back to extensions mode and that number is still authenticating and then logging out

This doesn’t quite seem to be the same problem, but if a user tries to authenticate on 2 mobile phones, it completely deactivates the user from Sangoma Talk. I would double check and make sure your user is not authenticating on 2 mobile devices.

Thank you for the replies. Come to find out, it wasn’t working because there was some sort of licensing glitch. It said that it had more licenses available so I assigned another license to a newly created extension as a test but then that one didn’t work, but when I removed the license from the test extension then the other extension that was ever there starting working again. Strange, but it works now.
