I recently migrated from FreePBX 15 to FreePBX 17 on new hardware. I did not previously have Sangoma Desktop setup but did have Sangoma Connect setup for the mobile app. I went to set this up and followed the KB article here Softphones - How to Setup Sangoma Phone Desktop on the PBX - Sangoma Softphones - Sangoma Documentation. However, I’m faxed with the following error when logging in. I did look at older posts and found that others solved the issue with ensuring all users are in groups and I’ve confirmed that is the case. Below is a screenshot of the error. Does anyone have any ideas?
This can actually be resolved, I fixed the issue by running fwconsole restart sangomartapi
