Sangoma CRM integration with Zoho


I’ve bought the 25year license for Zoho CRM integration.

I’ve followed the guide:

but, after I successfully login into my Zoho Account, the window close and the button do not change from “Authorize with Zoho” to “Re-authorize with Zoho”.

Zoho had some recent auth changes but they shouldn’t affect oauth. It may be worth checking with them

Ensure you’re on the latest version (15.0.21 if running FreePBX 15) and if issue persists open a support ticket.
