Sangoma Connect Keeps Trying to Register

I am able to get sangoma connect to from my cell phone when I am connected to local network. When I move to another network, SC keeps trying to register. I have tried to follow all the documentation and open all of the correct ports to the pbx and the main firewall. Anything else I could try? Thank you.

On the SIP log I see the message “effective transport unspecified.”

When you say move to another network, what network ? Another WiFi ? Mobile Network ?

If 5G/LTE/3G or other mobile network, who is your carrier ?
