Sangoma Connect certificate renewal

My Sangoma Connect certificate expires in 9 days. I tried to renew it, but it is not working.
The renewal from the Run Domain action seems to go very fast. I have another installation where the action takes a lot longer and works.

What could I be missing? Same ports are forwarded on both installations.

Hello - Are you having an issue with the softphone not working or the module renewal function in portal?
