Sangoma Chat App not loading Contacts

Hello,

we bought the 20 license sangoma talk. We installed everything and it seems like everything is working. we wanted to take advantage of the Chat we have it working on the sangoma phone desktop but when we login to the phone app (sangoma chat) we see the chat room but it’s empty

we have the favorites set in the contact manager and they reflect also in the desktop app. just not the chat app.

will need some guidance in this

Please install latest sangomartapi version using below command to resolve this issue.

fwconsole ma downloadinstall sangomartapi --edge

Contacts on Sangoma Phone Desktop are broken since sangomartapi 17.0.5. I have an ongoing ticket with Sangoma support.

Can you tell me what edge version of sangomartapi you’re running to fix this ?

Mine was regarding the sangoma chat app on mobile not the desktop app.

the app is version:2.6.4 build: 193
