Sangoma Chat app kicks off Sangoma Desktop

When I log in to Sangoma Chat on my mobile, the Sangoma Phone desktop client suddenly goes belly-up:

Are these clients not supposed to work together?

Both clients will work with same extension login. We tried to reproduce locally here and both clients are working as expected with same extension.

Please restart sangomartapi process and give it a try.

I have done so and get the same Unknown Error shown in the screen shot.

  1. SCD client version

  2. Sangoma Chat app version

  3. Sangomartapi version installed in your v16 pbx

  4. Check “haproxy“ status with command : haproxy-ctl status
