Hi Community!
I am currently facing a challenge with configuring distinctive ring tones for both Digium (DPMA) and Sangoma (S series) phones on my FreePBX system. The issue I’m encountering is that when I set a ringtone for Sangoma phones, Digium phones don’t recognize it, and vice versa. I suspect that this discrepancy is due to firmware differences between the two phone types.
Has anyone been able to solve this?
