Router is stopped !

So hardware is OK.
run:
#>wanrouter restart
and check again

Getting this:

[root@XanFreePBX ~]# wanrouter restart

Router is already stopped !

ERROR: Wanpipe configuration file not found:
/etc/wanpipe/wanpipe1.conf

So there is a problem on configurations.
You need to configure your DAHDI again via GUI.

You probably need to perform the initial wanpipe configuration

Take a look at https://wiki.freepbx.org/display/PC/Quick+Configuration

Thanks, followed this and got it going.
Only thing now is i am still getting the ‘unable to write to /etc/wanpipe/global.conf’ error on my notification area. Is there a particular reason why this would still happen?

I do also keep seeing this appear below it too.

Just click on the X

Yeah have done a few times it just comes back

Check the file existence, ownership and permissions

Are you able to see something on boot about wanpipe error?

Yes it fails to read the file

So i winscp’d to the machine and the file global.conf in the wanpipe folder doesnt exist at all. Should I have it? Do I need it? Can I disable ‘Sangoma Digum mode’ like it says? What functionality will i lose by doing this?

You can create it as an empty file.

Ok, so nothing is bad here.
No idea about your issue, sorry.

@danardf
No problem thanks for looking. While you are there since you have the ‘Sangoma’ badge. Can you take a look at my other thread?

Ever since upgrading my machine seems to keep deactivating itself even though its a Freepbx appliance and we have commercial module licences.

Thanks this worked
