I have a Sangoma TE-205P . Can I configure it to be 2 different PRIs? g0 and g1 ?

Really you should ask post sales support about this, but g0 an g1 in DAHDI do not correlate with PRIs. On the other hand, as it is a two port card, it will have two PRIs when fully populated.
Is the question really about ISDN B and D channels? You seem to be asking for the simple case of one D channel for each PRI, whereas I would see the more interesting case would be having a single D channel for both. As far as I know, DAHDI can do both.
