Same trunk used to answer the call used for outbound

hi my situation is the following:

Operator A answers the phone to calls from T1 and T2 trunks
operator B answers the telephone to the calls coming from trunk T1 and T2 and t3

how can i make outgoing calls use the same trunk used in incoming calls?

example the T1 voip trunk has the telephone number 01234567 and I would like the outgoing operator A if he has previously received the call from the number 01234567 to call using with the same number then using the T1 trunk
similarly if operator A receives the call from trunk T2 then calls using the same number as trunk T2
