Salesforce CRM Recordings

Hello, the company I work for has switched to using Freepbx for our VoIP phone system and we use Salesforce for our CRM. I have everything set up, connected Salesforce in the CRM API setting, linked the users, forced all call recordings, but for some reason, I cannot get the call recordings to flow into Salesforce even though the calls are going in. Does anyone have an idea on what I can do to get this working?

Just an update,

I’ve discovered that outbound calls will show up in Salesforce if I manually hit the record button, but inbound call recordings still won’t show in Salesforce.
