It has been a problem for many years now. During module updates (involving several modules, large updates) the Safari browser (MacOS) looks like this after a while
Then I usually wait for some time…luckily I can check the LEDs (network, hdd activity) of the VM window on the original Linux machine
So I know, when I can reload the page. I am not sure, if this problem occurs with other browsers too. When I use Firefox in Linux Mint, on the machine where the VM is running, the problem does not occur.
EDIT: The system updates never go blank on Safari though…just the module updates…
