We have a customer complaint that they can’t see the caller ID number when they’re on the phone and a second call rings to the 2nd call appearance. I tried using the endpoint manager to switch button labels from Wide to scrolling etc and no joy. Does anyone know how to get the number to be visible? The name shows up but the number is cut off by the display view.
Under your template in Endpoint Manager for the phones can you change the LCD Font Size to Small and see if that helps?
