S500 with EXP Module

Hi All

I have around 8 phones deployed with the EXP100 module. People using these phones often report audio issues; where approximately every 10 seconds the audio drops for around half a second.

I currently have 3 phones where the EXP module reports that it “can not connect to phone”; however I have phones with the same template applied working.

I have both and firmware; both have the issue.

While I have this logged with support, they cant replicate it (and nor can I on some phones) - so progress is slow.

Anyone seen this issue?

Related or not, when these phones check in for the configuration file (was daily, pushed it out to be about monthly) Asterisk reports:

[2018-04-18 10:22:20] NOTICE[18963] chan_sip.c: Peer ‘xxxx’ is now UNREACHABLE! Last qualify: 13
