We have just deployed 30 s500s on a site and have found EPM / Phone apps to be very good although a little sluggish.
The agents pause and unpause themselves on the queues. From within phone apps they can go to queue agent and pause / unpause from all queues. Is it possible to have a button assigned to this with the BLF so that they can easily see that they are paused or not without having to go into queue agent?
There is a pause all feature code, which takes the form:
*46*<ext_number>
and there should be an associated hint with this for a BLF, but we are working through a bug in pause hints at the moment. You can watch the ticket here: http://issues.freepbx.org/browse/FREEPBX-14132
At the bottom of the screen, there’s a button that probably says “normal”. You can change that to follow this thread without having to post anything. It’s no one’s business but yours what threads you follow.
