I’m trying to change the default image of the S500 through EPM. Upload the image, change it, save rebuild, and nothing changes on the phone. All other configurations do work through EPM, just the image is not changing.
What could it be?
What image format are you using?
What provisioning protocol are you using?
What version of EPM? IIRC this was a bug in an older version.
We have them working using png images, http provisioning.
