S300 Phones can't do outbound call using PINSET

Hi All,
I’m using FPBX 0060, Sangoma phones S700, S500 & S300.
And I’m having an issue doing outbound call using PINSET but only on S300,
The issue is when i’m entering the PIN there was no tone or digit send.
Does anyone having the same issue on S300 and have the solution for this

What firmware version on the phones?
