Maybe I’m missing something very obvious but I can’t figure out how to setup a list to which I can add numbers I know which are routed directly to a junk announcement or a hangup.
I’ve tried adding the numbers into CID under inbound routing but this would become rather confusing as the list of junk numbers grows!

The Blacklist module is the easiest way to do this, but the user can’t control where the blacklisted caller is sent, it just plays “your call cannot be completed as dialed” or some such.
With the third party module Lenny Blacklist Mod (https://github.com/POSSA/freepbx-lenny_blacklist_mod) you can direct blacklisted callers to alternate destinations.
