It seems that the RMS service is down. Cannot configure it and want to disable it. I have uninstalled it from my PBX and now it thinks that the servers are down. The configuration portal is broken

I’m getting keep alive not received, keep alive restored. Every 2 minutes or so.

As already stated in another thread we are having a issue with some backend servers and the NOC is working on it.
