I put an designed IVR to FreePBX , it is working good, but there is no ring tone before IVR speaks ,directly IVR activating , which parameter do I have to modify to put 2 ringback before IVR ?
are you saying you want the caller to hear some ringing before the ivr answers?
Yes. I was looking for if there is any setup parameter inside freepbx ?
One way to do this is to create an announcement with the audio reign a couple of rings, point the inbound route to the announcement then the announcement to the IVR.
