Hi, I have two DID numbers set up and working with my windows softphone. The issue I’m having now is wanting calls to come through either number while I’m connected to one number. I was able to do that with find me/follow me settings on the extensions but cannot get them to enable call waiting while I’m on a call. I will call either number and then try to call it again but I get a recording stating that the extension is in use. I have call waiting enabled. Please let me know what else I need to do.
