Ring Now answer not working on Poly as a sip device

I have established a Poly 401 as a sip device on Freepbx 16.0.40.7
Use case
I want the ext to ring no answer for 10 min.

It seems it will ring for 120 sec and then go fast buzy, Vmail disabled, FMFM disabled Advanced setting ring timer is set Call Forward Ringtimer Default set to -1

What am I missing
