PBX Version: 15.0.29
PBX Distro: 12.7.8-2203-2.sng7
Asterisk Version:18.9
Issue:
All ring groups are going directly to “Destination if no answer”.
No extensions are ringing.
If I change the “Destination if no answer”, the destination will change, but no extensions will ring prior to going to “Destination if no answer”
I created new ring groups, and am still having the same behavior.
Assistance with allowing the extensions ring before going to “Destination if no answer” is appreciated.

Could this be the result of moving my inbound trunk from ch_sip to pjsip? If so, what am I missing to allow the ring groups to work?
The extension 6207 did not ring before forwarding to 7000.

It is saying that extension 6207 is not answering. Can you call 6207 directly? Is there anything special about these extensions (I noticed it looks like you have three and four digit extensions)?

I believe I found the answer on another thread, testing it now.
Each extension part of the call group does not have Call Waiting enabled by default.
Once I enabled the capability, it seems to have started working again.
